What Roadworthy is

Roadworthy is a fleet compliance system for goods-vehicle operators. Operators and their transport managers use it to keep the maintenance, driver and inspection records that UK operator licensing requires.

What it holds

• Fleet records — vehicles, inspection dates, defects, MOT and tax dates, fuel and AdBlue entries, and documents the operator or their workshop uploads.
• Driver records — names, licence categories and expiry dates, Driver CPC and tachograph card dates, and walkaround check submissions.
• Account details — the name and email address used to sign in.

Each operator's records belong to that operator. They are kept because operator licensing requires them to be kept, typically for at least 15 months for maintenance records.

What it does not do

• No selling or sharing of data with advertisers — ever.
• No tracking across other apps or websites, and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics services outside our own server.
• Operators are sealed from one another: one operator's people can never see another operator's records.

Sharing links

An operator can create read-only links (for a workshop or a director). Those links show only that operator's information, carry no licence numbers or personal identifiers beyond names and dates, and can be switched off by the operator at any time.

Where it lives

Data is stored on our own server in the EU, encrypted in transit. Access requires a signed-in account or an operator-issued link. Every change is recorded in an audit trail.

Your rights

Drivers and staff whose details appear in an operator's records should contact that operator — under UK GDPR the operator is the controller of their fleet records. For anything about the platform itself, or to ask for an account and its data to be removed, contact andy@loganlogistics.co.uk.
