Does the Virtual TM replace a transport manager?
No. It answers drivers' questions from the legislation register, the roadside playbook and their own record, and it keeps the office briefed, but the decisions stay with the transport manager. It never tells a driver they are fit or legal to drive.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Romanian and Polish. Drivers can type or use the microphone on their phone, where the phone supports it.
How does it know what kind of rule an answer is?
Every answer is labelled: a legal requirement, regulatory or DVSA guidance, your own licence undertaking, or a voluntary standard. An answer that claims to be the law without a legal source is refused rather than shown.
What happens to paperwork it cannot match?
It files a document against a vehicle only when exactly one vehicle fits. Anything ambiguous is held for a person to look at.
